After failing another job interview miserably I was reminded to a college paper I wrote 9 years ago about LM, NTLM and NetNTLM. So I’m going to post it on here so I can breathe in some copium.
Anyway, it’s a super basic paper that goes over the classic pass the hash, responder, relay, CIFS, SMB, LLNR, NetBios, SAM and more. Short and sweet. Besides the fact I’ve done >40 internal penetration tests and been successful in all of them, I guess imposter syndrome is real.
Maybe someone entering the field will find it useful.
